One-Pan Sage-and-Onion Chicken and Sausage
Otherwise, I'm not really sure. The mac and cheese will be Tuesday and I'll prep the chicken tomorrow for Wednesday night. I typically cook an involved meal Sunday but haven't decided what it will be yet.
