It's kind of a busy weekend, but I am looking forward to doing a little bit of cooking. Tonight I'm going to attempt this Lamb and Stout Casserole (Woo Hoo I get to use the new dutch oven).
On Sunday I'm going to do a pork shoulder. I'm not sure what exactly I will do to it (other than cooking the shit out of it at a low temperature for a very long time), but this is a possibility.
