I have finally succumbed and decided to start a blog. I never really thought people would be interested in what I have to say, and they still might not be, but this one is going to focus on food and cooking.
Tonight I continue my experimentation with risotto and am going to make a carbonara with some chicken. I'm not following any specific recipe for this but am going to try a couple of things.
On the menu for tomorrow are braised short ribs, mashed potatoes and asparagus.
I'll post and let anybody reading know how these turn out. I'll also post a bit more on what I like to cook, why I cook and all that fun stuff.
