I really want to make a bunch of excuses as to why I haven't been updating the blog. I went on vacation, wedding plans, work deadlines, I've been drunk, etc. but none of these really fly. I have been busy but it's no excuse not to post.
There are a number of new dishes I have cooked in the past month. I'll update with a fantastic pasta sauce I made this weekend here in a little bit. But I just wanted to say sorry first.
The fiancee, her family and I were in Cancun last week on vacation. That's me drinking a giant tamarind magarita.
